How can i keep my hair curley?

I have naturally curley hair, but as soon as it dries it just goes frizzy and curley. I've tried syrums and shampoos designed for curley hair but they don't work. Syrums make my hair go very greasey. I have very fine hair but a hell of a lot of it!

I use Toni and Guy curl balm after towel drying my hair. Also try using hair serum while your hair is still wet, it won't go greasy. Then use a diffuser to gently dry your hair on a low heat. Oh yeh and when it's dry I use Mark Hill curl defining spray to tame any frizz.

Finesse Mousse for curly hair is good. It holds the curl but doesn't make hair hard and crispy.

After shampooing hair, comb conditioner through with a wide tooth comb, rinse out and then shake your head. Don't brush or comb again. Just scrunch in mousse and air dry or blow dry with a diffuser attachment. This works for me.

I have naturally curly hair prone to frizz, I use a curl booster on wet hair, John Frieda is good, with just a small amt of mousse to the frizziest parts followed by hair spray and then leave to dry naturally, NEVER blow dry!!! This leaves nice natural looking curly all day long. I found the syrums tended to leave my hair greasy too. Toni n Guy do a product called curljam which is excellent but a little pricey around 鎷?2-15 a time...

I also never brush my hair when i am wearing it curly, just run through once with a wide tooth comb while wet and before using any styling prods...

I use that John Freda spray - which you use on damp hair. It is really good stuff and it maintains your curls without the fizz.

Also I have used a Loreal Mouse before and that was really good to! It came in a metallic green bottle and I think it were called curl definer. I know it sounds mad too but if you go to bed with damp hair and the next morning my hair is really really curly!!

As for shampoos I use that Tres Semme stuff it is really really good (proper salon stuff).

Another one is to maintain your curls - use a spray pump filled with water and spray throughout your hair and lift it up at the same time.

My hairdresser also told me once to never brush curly hair as it makes it flat and lifeless so also use a seperater comb - which you can get from boots, superdrug etc.

How about trying a leave-in conditioner? This really helps to calm, control frizz and improve texture. I find the best ones are in the spray forms.

Yep, have similarprobelsm with my hair. I use Sunsilk Smooth Shampoo andConditioner (Purple Bottle). It is fantastic, leaves your hair really smooth. Don't be put off by thepicture of poker straight hair on the bottle though. It is still great for curly hair. I then use GHD Sea Spray, which makes my curls defined, rather than looking like Crystal Tips (may be wasted on you that one if you are a youngster, but is basically a frizzy mess that creates almost a triangle shape of frizz on your head . . . mmmm lovely).
