It depends on the women's body shape and how pretty they are. If they are skinny and pretty I would say completely shaved. If they are a little overweight I would say trimmed, but never fully grown.

I like it to be neatly trimed. But remember only leave a little patch on top, make sure to get all the hair in between the legs, and this means in your backside crack too.

From my own personal perspective, I prefer there to be some hair so as not to look like a school-girl.

A little trim on the length, neatly shaped on top and at the sides with a complete exodus at "the business end".
